installed with OSX 10.7.5 - iTunes 10.5 backed up to iCloud & computer for safety. Option + Click Update - selected iOS 7 Golden Master (GM) iPhone 5 [A1428] updated my iphone with out replacing any information.

Don't Download, Don't Download. Its a fake. Tried it with 2 different Iphones (5) in two different laptops and it shows an error. Not a good download.

Sorry Everyone, I can now confirm it worlk only for ATT/ GSM Phones. If you have a verizon Iphone 5 check "Kick ass torrents" and search for IOS 7 gm they have it and it works perfectly too. Good luck.

This works great and is not a fake. Your phone needs to be registered as a Dev phone for this to work. (I think there is a work around to not register your phone but I don't know it.) Make sure your phone is an iPhone 5 model A1428 before downloading (model number is on the back of the phone). Also be warned, if you want to use iTunes, with your phone, after the install you will need iTunes 11.1 beta ... which is here on TPB. iTunes 11.1 beta only works on a Mac so if you have a PC you might want to wait until the official release on Sept. 18.

@BigJake - Thanks for the info! Your phone though DOES NOT need to be registered as a dev phone for this to work. Have this on my AT&T iPhone 5 as we speak. You may get an initial error the first time around knocking it into recovery mode, but just try it again when iPhone is in recovery and you will be good to go.

1) Download file
2) Back-up iPhone
3) Connect iphone to computer
4) press option+restore, then chose ipsw file that was downloaded.

It is best that you back-up to iCloud because only iTunes 11.1 beta will recognize your iPhone.

This is not the GM build. It works only because it's the Beta 6 build. Please don't just relabel the torrent and seed it as the GM, jerk!
